Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

Using our standard delivery service you will receive your item within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. Our standard business hours for delivery are between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.  


Express Delivery

We offer express delivery options on many of our products however please be aware that our Express Delivery Service is a doorstep delivery service only. Items will not be unpacked and positioned. 

Orders must be placed before 2pm, orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to be delivered within 48 hours.  


All of our published prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20%


We advise that you measure all doorways to your desired location for the item prior to ordering, paying particular attention to the width of the door in comparison to the unit you would like to order. If our delivery drivers are unable to fit the item that you have ordered through your doorway then you will be responsible for a failed delivery charge of 15%. If you believe that there may be an issue with the size of your doorway then please contact our team and we will do our best to find a suitable solution. 


Stairs, Obstructions and Restrictions

All delivery options assume that our team will have unrestricted access to the premises. This includes steps, walls and barriers, parking restrictions, narrow roads or low bridges - keep in mind that your freezer will be delivered by a truck! If you feel that something may cause our delivery drivers some difficulty then please contact our team and we will do our best to get a suitable solution.

If upon arrival our team cannot get access due to any restrictions then we reserve the right to charge a £80 restricted access delivery fee.  



We honour the distance selling regulations and clients can return unused, unopened and unwanted items within 7 days of delivery. Items returned within the cooling off period must include all original packaging. Buyers that return items which are undamaged or unwanted are responsible for the cost of returning these items. The cost of uplift and return using our own team is £45+vat per item. 


Damaged Items

It is essential that you check all items for damage upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your items are damaged or faulty upon delivery please raise this issue with the delivery driver. Failure to do so means that you are accepting the item and return may not be possible. Please call our team as soon as you notice any problems.
